- Order Processing
- Most purchases for items in stock are shipped from our Nashville, Tennessee location within 48 hours after we receive your order.
Backordered items are shipped separately via the same service as the initial order. In most cases we will ship within 48 hours after the item becomes available at no additional shipping charge. - Shipping and Delivery
- Items are shipped UPS or USPS Priority Mail. Please allow two business days for express shipping and seven to ten business days for standard shipping. Please note that these approximate times are for items already in stock. You can call us at 800-964-6868 to check if an item is in stock.

- For standard delivery:
One item, $8.00 flat rate
Two or three items, $12.00 flat rate
Four items or more, $18.00 flat rate
Orders totaling $250 or more (excluding sales tax) FREE SHIPPING

- Order Processing: All orders will be process in 48 hours.
- Creating an account gives you access to many time-saving features to simplify the order process. To register, all you need to provide is your name, e-mail address, and a password. You can fill out the rest of your account information including shipping, billing address, and personal options when you make your first purchase. After you have registered, you can check your order status, order history, and manage your account.
You can change your account information at any time. You have the option to subscribe or unsubscribe to member benefits by clicking on the appropriate subscription box within your profile.
Each time you visit TIBA NU, you should immediately sign in by clicking on the Log In or My Account link in the upper right corner. This will give you access to your account while you are browsing and shopping. - Order Confirmation
- If you provided your email address when placing your order, we will send you an order confirmation by email within 24 hours. This confirmation will give you the order number and indicate the total value of the merchandise. We also send a shipping notification email when your order ships and the shipper's tracking number(s) for your shipment(s). We usually provide this information within two days of you placing your order. Visit "My Orders" to check the status of your shipment(s).
- Order History
- Your account enables you to review the online TIBA NU purchases you've made over the past year. Use this helpful feature to reference items you may want to order again. In order to view your order history online, we invite you to create an account. Your complete order history will be available immediately after you've made your first TIBA NU purchase.
- Backorders
- Whenever possible, we will show up-to-date status information about your backordered items on your "Account Dashboard" under "Recent Orders." If you wish to cancel your backorder, please contact us at 800-964-6868.
- Saving Items to your Wishlist
- To access the Wishlist, we invite you to Create an Account. If you find items you'd like to purchase during another visit, select the "Add to Wishlist" option that appears beside the item. Use the "My Wishlist" feature to access items when you return to the site. You can move items in your Wishlist to the shopping cart or share your Wishlist with a friend using the "Share Wishlist" feature.

- Phone orders
- You may place your order by phone Monday to Saturday, 10-7, Sunday, 1-6 at 800-964-6868.
- Email Orders
- We designed our site's ordering system to protect the security of your personal information, including your credit card number. Since ordinary email is not secure in the same way, we cannot accept orders sent via email. For your security, please do not include your credit card information in any email you send us.
OTHER METHODS OF ORDERING
- Guarantees and replacements
- TIBA NU is proud to guarantee the quality of our products. Items returned must be mailed or shipped within 15 days of purchase, in their original condition, for a replacement or store credit only. Please make a copy of your sales receipt or invoice and let us know why the product was not satisfactory. For items damaged in transit, contact TIBA NU for packages mailed through USPS. For packages shipped through UPS, contact TIBA NU and UPS. Shipping costs are not refundable. Gift cards are non-refundable.

GUARANTEES and REPLACEMENTS
- Methods of Payment
- We welcome Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, checks, and money orders. Purchases paid for by check will be shipped after the check has cleared. Because our online inventory is not tied directly to our physical inventory, all orders are processed manually by our staff. Your credit card will only be charged once we determine we have the items available to ship.
- Credit Card Orders
- Your card is usually charged when you place your order, as long as the items are in stock. If your order contains backordered items, the backordered portion will not be charged to your account until the item(s) becomes available.
- Promotional Offers
- You'll be able to enter your promotional code as you check out, prior to entering your credit card information. Look for the link, "Enter Promotion Code." Please note, we allow only one promotional offer per order. Applicable taxes, duties, shipping and handling do not apply toward the minimum order value associated with promotional offers.
- Sales Tax
- Sales tax of 9.25% is charged on all orders shipped within Tennessee. Items shipped outside of the state are not charged sales tax.

PRIVACY and SECURITY
- We are happy to include a personalized gift message and provide TIBA NU Signature Gift Wrap at no additional charge. Please include gift message and gift wrap requests on the checkout page. Customer Service will handle your requests personally. We're sorry, due to customs regulations, gift wrapping is unavailable for items shipping outside the U.S.
Gift Cards are also available and may be purchased for cash amounts and used for any TIBA NU service or product. Gift cards are only redeemable at our Nashville location and cannot be redeemed online.
TIBA NU Gift Cards make an ideal gift for any occasion. Gift Cards are available for individual services, packages, corporate gifts and incentives. Gift Cards are purchased for cash amounts and may be used for any service or any purchase at the TIBA NU Boutique in Nashville, TN.
Gift Cards may be charged by phone, ordered online or purchased at TIBA NU. Gift Cards are wrapped in beautiful gift paper and ribbon, ready for presentation. At your request, we will mail Gift Cards to the designated recipient. If you need help with package selection or customized requests, we are happy to assist you by phone or in person.
Gift Cards are non-refundable and expire one year from the date of purchase. It fits in your wallet like a credit card!
Gift Cards must be presented at the time of service in order to deduct the used amount from the plastic gift card. If a balance remains, the customer retains the card and brings it back to use the balance for more services or additional purchases.
